This project features a customized, all-in-one liquid-cooled battery energy storage system designed for one of our key customers. Based on the customer’s actual electricity consumption profile, local energy conditions, and specific energy storage requirements, the system is purpose-built to support a wide range of commercial and industrial energy storage applications.
The containerized battery energy storage system is specifically engineered for peak and off-peak electricity price management, backup power supply, peak shaving and valley filling, load optimization, and renewable energy integration. Full-Scope Manufacturing, Integration and Commissioning
Our project scope covers the complete production, assembly, integration, testing, and commissioning process for the liquid-cooled energy storage container.
The work includes customized container structure manufacturing, as well as detailed internal construction for thermal insulation, environmental protection, fire and safety protection, and noise reduction. The internal electrical system is carefully planned to ensure efficient equipment layout, secure cable routing, reliable electrical connections, and comprehensive electrical safety protection.
Core battery modules, the liquid cooling system, electrical control equipment, and intelligent monitoring components are fully integrated within the container. Each subsystem is configured and matched according to the project’s technical and operating requirements.
