This project was a customized air-cooled and liquid-cooled battery energy storage container solution developed for a leading power group in Asia. The systems were designed and manufactured according to the customer’s requirements and deployed across multiple cities and regions served by the group, primarily supporting commercial and industrial energy storage applications.
Based on the regional power conditions, load characteristics, and operational requirements of different application scenarios, the project adopted a highly integrated and modular energy storage container design. By combining advanced air-cooling and liquid-cooling thermal management technologies, the system ensures efficient heat dissipation, enhanced operational safety, and long-term stable performance under various environmental conditions.
Through optimized container structure design, intelligent temperature control solutions, and integrated electrical system configuration, the project effectively improves the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the energy storage system. It provides customers with dependable energy management support for applications including peak shaving and valley filling, renewable energy integration, backup power supply, load regulation, and energy cost optimization.
After deployment, the project helps improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce electricity operating costs, and enhance the stability and resilience of regional power systems, providing a reliable foundation for large-scale industrial energy storage applications.
Project Scope of Supply
1. Customized Energy Storage Container Structure Manufacturing
Based on project requirements and transportation conditions, we provided customized container structure design, steel fabrication, surface protection treatment, and complete manufacturing services. The container structure was engineered with high mechanical strength, excellent protection performance, and strong environmental adaptability to ensure reliable long-term outdoor operation.
2. Internal Layout Design & Functional Area Construction
The project included internal space planning, equipment layout optimization, thermal insulation protection, auxiliary facility installation, and functional zone construction. Key components such as battery systems, power conversion systems, electrical cabinets, fire protection systems, and maintenance access areas were arranged efficiently to improve system integration and future maintenance convenience.
3. Electrical System Integration & Complete Wiring Configuration
We completed the installation of internal high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, cable routing, control wiring, and protection system configuration. The integrated design enables coordinated operation between the Battery Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), power distribution system, and monitoring system, ensuring safe and reliable system operation.
4. Air-Cooling & Liquid-Cooling System Integration and Commissioning
According to different capacity requirements and operating environments, the project covered the integration and installation of both air-cooling and liquid-cooling thermal management systems, including cooling equipment installation, pipeline connection, electrical control integration, and system commissioning.
The advanced thermal management design enables precise temperature control, minimizes temperature differences between battery cells, improves battery cycle life, and enhances overall system efficiency.
5. System Testing, Commissioning & Delivery Support
Following complete assembly, comprehensive system testing, commissioning, and performance verification were conducted to ensure that all equipment met the designed operational standards. The project provides reliable support for the customer’s future expansion and multi-region energy storage deployment.
